It has grown so tiring t keep telling myself t just bear w it/'it is intrinsic'.. conjuring up different excuses t not get offended or irritated by what was said, done or even suggested.
I'd rather not give myself the chance t harbour these unwanted feelings.
When a seed is planted, it's difficult t remove it.
Especially so if it has grown roots.
Roots so deep, you wonder when all of these begin.
